If you are unhappy with your glasses or contact lenses, you may return them within 14 days for an exchange or refund. After 14 days, there is a restocking fee of $9.95. All products must be in original, unworn condition. Contact customer service to implement your return on 1-866-333-6888. Some items are not eligible for return such as RGP (rigid gas permeable) lenses as they are custom made for you.

5-7 business day ground shipping times do not include processing. For contact lenses, verification takes 1-2 days unless the item is not in stock or needs a special treatment or prescription. Glasses take 2-9 days to produce unless they have a complicated prescription. Sunglasses without prescription will be ready to ship in 1-2 days. You can log into MyAccount to track your shipment process.
